While not anywhere close to completion yet, The Value is my current attempt into the world of writing. Inspired by allegorical fiction from the great classic Christian authors of old, this story offers a fresh look into a world you have never seen before.
The world of Husae is one of simple value, the world only existing in shades of darkness, light, and the greys in between. The noble Bilite, blessed children of the light-bringing Sciyonai, live in splendor amongst themselves, their traditions and way of life paramount. But to one young Bilite named Dhel, there is something not quite right about the world around him. Plagued by different answers wherever he goes, he attempts to seek the truth wherever it may be, which in his case involves a journey across Husae in pursuit of a whispered rumor, an answer to all things. Dhel knows not what dangers await him, what worries there are and what answers lie in wait, but he is determined to go to the end, and as the one telling you the story of his journey, let me personally invite you to follow along.
